Drawing the Line

Good Kulture -3.png

WHEN:
Notice when work starts bleeding into your time. Checking messages during dinner, bringing your laptop to bed, agreeing to something when what you really needed was a moment to breathe. That’s where the line begins to blur.

ACTION:
Draw one clear line this week that helps you protect your time without needing to explain it.

Try:

➢ Logging off at a set time and actually sticking to it

➢ Turning off notifications for a full hour in the evening

➢ Letting one task wait until tomorrow, even if it only takes 2 minutes

➢Saying “I’ll get to this tomorrow” and meaning it

➢ Ending your day with one clear action that signals: I’m done for today

WHY THIS MATTERS:
Calling time on your day is a discipline you have to actively practice. The clearer the cut-off, the quicker your brain can reset and recover.

Light Structure for This Week:

Choose one line to hold and hold it.You just need to stop when you said you would.
