Making Space Again

WHEN:
Notice the moment your day starts to bleed together. When lunch gets skipped, answering messages late into the evening, or you’re moving from task to task without pause. That’s your signal to step back and reset.
ACTION:
Take back a small part of your day that’s just for you. It doesn’t need to be long or quiet, just yours.
Try:
➢ Putting your phone on silent for 10 minutes after logging off
➢ Switching rooms to reset after closing your laptop
➢ Eating one meal without multitasking
➢ Choosing not to reply immediately when something can wait
➢ Saying: “I’ll come back to this later” and meaning it
WHY THIS MATTERS:
When your day leaves no space, you start to disappear in it. Reclaiming even 10 minutes helps your brain shift gears and reminds you you’re still in charge of how your day ends.
Light Structure for This Week:
Take 10 minutes just for you.You don’t need to explain it. You just need to take it.
